Business Analyst – Product

Are you ready to help redefine technology in the parcel logistics industry and work in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing environment?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Product team within Business Development at UBsend, based in either Copenhagen or Aarhus. As a key player in a fast-paced parcel logistics and tech environment, you will help define and deliver digital solutions that connect major retailers with leading carriers—making deliveries smarter, faster, and more efficient. Your insights will directly impact how we optimize delivery networks, improve customer experience, and scale our digital platform. We have Product teams in both Copenhagen and Aarhus, so some travel within Denmark will be required regardless of base location.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within logistics, transport, eCommerce, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with transport management systems (TMS), carrier APIs, or e-commerce platforms and plug ins is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Work language is English; Danish is a plus.
  • Great at absorbing a lot of complex information and putting it into an understandable and actionable structure,
  • A curious, driven, and collaborative person who works well with diverse people and personalities,
  • Able to balance a desire to dive deep and do thorough analyses, with the need to take quick actions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, clients and UBsend stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support the Product Owners by facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to define product features and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Support the development and enhancement of digital tools such as booking platforms, tracking systems, and carrier integration APIs.
  • Work closely with POs and development teams to define acceptance criteria and validate solutions by conducting User Acceptance Tests
  • Analyze complex transport workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization and automation.
